At Tough Mudder Bootcamp, we care about nothing more than your health and wellness. Though we tend to focus mostly on the exterior, what’s going on inside your bodies is just as important to us, especially given the current situation regarding the spread of the Coronavirus.
Our studios are regularly sanitized and always kept very clean, but these days we’re being extra thorough in our preventative measures. Here are a few tips to help you do the same:
1. LET’S HAVE SOME GOOD CLEAN FUN
There are hand sanitizers, wipes, tissues and paper towels available to you in the studio; use them! We want you to focus on your workout and we’ll take care of the serious cleaning after class, but do consider your teammates and wipe your spot as you go if you’re having a particularly sweaty day (go you!).
2. A HIGH FIVE HIATUS
High fives are kinda our thing, but right now safety precautions are also our thing so let’s stick to elbow bumps to show our appreciation for each other. And remember, keep your hands off yourself too – avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
3. HOME IS WHERE THE OTHER PEOPLE AREN’T
Please stay home if you’re sick. Let your immune system get the workout today.
4. DON’T BE WISHY WASHY
Get tough on those germs! Wash your hands like you mean it for at least 20 seconds with warm water and lots of soap.
As of March 15th, the only studio that is closed is our Blue Bell, PA location. We are continuing to monitor the information and guidelines shared by the CDC and World Heath Organization and will keep you updated on this page if and when things change. Please contact your local studio with any questions!
