Tough Mudder Bootcamp Welcomes New Signed Agreements to the Tribe
Tough Mudder Bootcamp, the newest boutique HIIT fitness concept started by global active lifestyle brand Tough Mudder, is taking the fitness community across the United States by storm and continues to expand with franchisees eager to explore their passions for fitness and entrepreneurship. The gym franchise is tackling new and existing territories in 2019, welcoming signed agreements with franchisees in Denver, Colorado; Portland, Oregon; East Bay, California and Twin Cities, Minnesota.
The Tough Mudder Bootcamp location in Portland, Oregon will be owned by franchisees Dean and Lindsay Durfee. The second location to hit Denver, Colorado will be owned by franchisees Dustin and Denise Warner. Tough Mudder Bootcamp will see three new locations with a multi-unit agreement in East Bay, California, each owned by franchisees Greg Sharp and Laura Llovet.
The franchise sets itself apart in its draw from the sense of community of overcoming obstacles that is embedded in the Tough Mudder events – this overall experience and attitude translates into an effective and empowering HIIT-based workout. “We are extremely excited to bring Tough Mudder Bootcamp to the residents in East Bay,” says Llovet. “Tough Mudder teaches people to get comfortable with discomfort and pushes them to places they never imagined they’d be. Tough Mudder Bootcamp in Twin Cities, Minnesota will be owned by franchisees Eric and Laura Black, who plan to open their studio in late 2019. “It’s incredibly exciting to be part of bringing Tough Mudder Bootcamp to Minnesota, and to give an entire legion of fitness enthusiasts the chance to experience our style of teamwork-based training for the first time,” says Eric Black, who is also a longtime Tough Mudder participant. Whether they’re Tough Mudder fanatics or general fitness enthusiasts or newcomers, franchisees and clients alike will enjoy a fitness solution that is perfect for all fitness levels.
As Tough Mudder Bootcamp continues to welcome newly signed agreements and openings, the brand has prioritized several key U.S. markets for further expansion, including Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, Nashville and Phoenix. New franchisees with the brand will have the distinct advantage to access a motivated tribe even as they build their customer base with new devotees, tapping into an enthusiastic and instant fan base of more than 3.5 million participants who have competed in obstacle course races across the country.
